UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) will visit India with a 12-15 member delegation representing life science companies from May 31 to June 2010. The visit will coincide with the Bangalore India Bio which is being held between June 2 and 4. The delegation will visit Mumbai and Bangalore. The key objective of the delegation is to network with key Indian companies, make a marketing pitch to the Indian sector. The companies from UK represent biotech, pharma and Contract Research Organisations (CROs). The programme will also include company visits. The delegation will also have the opportunity to make 5 to 15 minute presentations to the Indian life science audience highlighting their strengths and opportunities. One-to-one meetings will be organised with interested Indian companies.
