By setting up this facility, amongst the first of its kind in India, VHB's capabilities to make world-class specialty drugs at affordable costs is further enhanced. The plant caters to the ever- increasing demand generated locally and globally by its business arms in the form of 6 SBUs and wil also maintain and consolidate its numero uno position in the multiple therapeutic segments such as cardiology, immunology, oncology, neurology, nephrology, gynecology and paediatric care with leadership position in 15 odd brands. The pioneering effort of having created the most ultra-modern cold chain distribution maintenance network will further complement this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

This new fully-scalable facility is set up with an investment of Rs. 130 Crores. With this world-class setup, VHB is poised to further its business in the international markets and also enter into custom synthesis, contract research and contract manufacturing arrangements with the pharmaceutical giants worldwide.
