The federating bodies of the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress Association (IPCA) have announced Mumbai as the venue for the 58th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC). The event is to take place in December 2006.

Dr B Suresh, president, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has been declared as the next IPCA president.

The announcements were the highlights of the award function of Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) organized here on December 2, 2005. According to Subodh Prilotkar, president, IPA the choice of Mumbai was unanimous.
