49th National Conference on Urology 'USICON-2016' begins in Hyderabad

USICON-2016, the 4-day National Conference on Urology is being held in Hyderabad from January 7-10.

The conference, being held in Novotel at Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), witnesses delegates from USA, Australia, Newzealand, Sweden, Singapore and Belgium. Apart from this leading doctors and scientists from across various states in India are also expected in large numbers at this conference.

The main aim of this conference is to deliberate and discuss on various issues related to healthcare. “Through this 49th national conference leading doctors, urology specialists and scientist will discuss on various urological disorders like kidney stones, prostatic disorders, and other related urological problems like infertility, congenital disorders, kidney transplantation, genitor-urinary cancers etc. In sync with motto of Urological Society of India our objective at this conference is the device strategies to make high end healthcare available to all sections of the society,” said Dr. D. Vyas Narayana Rao, chairman of Urological Society of India.

The organisers also informed that the there will be special focus on fetal kidney disorders and advanced fetal surgeries at this conference. Innovative aspects like modalities of providing treatment to the baby child while it is still inside mother’s womb and various other aspects relating to infertility will be discussed. The platform will also discuss on prevention of kidney stones and advances like minimally invasive procedures will also be deliberated. Doctors and leading healthcare scientist will present more than 750 scientific papers during the conference.

Overall the conference is expected to enlighten the entire healthcare community and urological society members across the world about the new trends and advancements in medical treatment of urological disorders, which would help the doctors and researchers in a big way.
