Aakriti Nature Cure Centre organises HR meet on ‘Healthy employee leads to healthy profits’

Aakriti Nature Cure Centre (ANCC), organised an HR meet on the topic of ‘Healthy employee leads to healthy profits’. It was attended by well known HR professionals, mentors and speakers on April 14, 2015.

ANCC promotes three dimensions of natural health care – naturopathy, yoga and Ayurveda. The need for healthy employee for the steady progress of an organization was emphasized and discussed by the professional speakers. The guest speaker was Gayathri Sivaraman, 45, an MBA in human resources from XLRI Jamshedpur is senior consultant at Vernalis, Mumbai.

Several HR professional from prominent organizations in and around Bhopal were present. They also shared their experiences. The event focused on the different methods of dealing with work related stress, lifestyle diseases, some common ailments, and other diseases through natural means. Most of the attendees came as the couple and witnessed three dimensional healing- naturopathy, Ayurveda and Yoga. The experience of Gayathri Sivaraman was very useful for us to understand the need of employee’s good health for growth and profit of the organization, said an attendee - HR professional.

Most of the attendees also consulted Dr Rama Murthy, the new CMO at Aakriti Nature Cure Centre. He has recently moved to Bhopal from Jindal Nature Cure, Bengaluru. He has long experience of more than 30 years and specialises in treating spondylosis apart from common lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, arthritis, hyperlipidemia etc.

Hemant Kumar, chief managing director of Aakriti Group, said that the ANCC took a great stride forward by organizing such events. The output of the unique gathering of its kind was quite encouraging. I am pleased to introduce the Nature Cure Centre to more and more organizations to spread awareness of naturopathy and the Vedic methodology to heal the ailments of their employees, which in turn would enhance their profitability, he further added.

The guest speaker, Gayathri Sivaraman has conducted and assisted in several management development programmes and has been a facilitator for personal growth labs. She has also published several articles in international journals. Gayathri has worked on several assignments as an independent consultant in areas such as human resource plans, assessment centers and competency mapping and climate surveys. Some work done in the past was in Halcrow India for the Marmagao Port Trust, Bank Muscat with Vernalis, Godrej Sara Lee and Ernst & Young.
