Arena Pharmaceuticals announces resignation of chief financial officer
Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the resignation of its chief financial officer, Joseph F Mooney. Arena's vice president, finance, Robert E Hoffman, will continue to serve as its chief accounting officer.
Jack Lief, Arena's president and CEO, said, "I thank Joe for his leadership and contributions over the past three years. We all wish him well in his future endeavors."
Arena is a biopharmaceutical company seeking to discover and develop drugs that act on an important class of drug targets called G protein-coupled receptors, or GPCRs.
