BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading medical technology company, announced that it has sold its vertebral augmentation solutions business, which includes all AVAmax, AVAflex, AVAtex and AVAprep branded products to Stryker, a leader in the worldwide orthopaedic medical technology market.
This sale will not have a material impact to revenue and earnings for fiscal 2016. Financial and contractual terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
