In October 2017, Bio-Techne started distributing Vector Laboratories' flagship products to complement its vast selection of Novus Biologicals primary antibodies, including over 13,000 monoclonal- and over 36,000 polyclonal-antibodies, validated for immunohistochemistry or immunocytochemistry. By combining Novus Biologicals primary antibodies with secondary detection reagents from Vector Laboratories, researchers have access to powerful tools to achieve clear and crisp immunostaining.

Mouse on Mouse (M.O.M.) Kits: M.O.M. reagents facilitate the detection of mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue. The combined use of the proprietary blocking and polymer anti-IgG reagents included in the kit results in specific, clear, and robust detection, eliminating background signals usually associated with the detection of endogenous mouse antibodies.

Vectastain ABC Kits: This avidin/biotin-based immunoperoxidase system provides robust detection and has become a standard within the research community. For immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry applications, this kit provides high sensitivity and low background.

ImmPRESS Anti-IgG Polymer Detection Kits: These enzyme polymer anti-IgG kits allow a one-step, avidin-biotin free approach to immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry applications. Vector Laboratories' highly adsorbed secondary antibodies are linked to alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase micropolymers via a proprietary chemistry that reduces steric hindrance, allowing improved access to antigens in all cellular locations and no interference from endogenous biotin.

Vectashield Mounting Media: Vectashield media stabilizes samples following immunostaining, preventing photobleaching of fluorescently-labeled proteins and fluorescent dyes.
