Biocon Academy, a ‘Centre of Excellence in Advanced Biosciences Learning’ a CSR initiative of Biocon has now commenced 7th batch of its 'Biocon KGI Certificate Program in Biosciences' in collaboration with Keck Graduate Institute, California, USA.

The program in Biosciences is customized to make the bioscience graduate ready for working in the industry set up. The 16-week, full-time program is delivered by faculty from KGI and subject matter experts from Biocon.

For the 7th batch, the Academy received 380 applications from all across India from freshers to experienced executives who aspire to contribute to life sciences. After a rigorous selection process, 30 students were selected including three from Malaysia for this program. All these students have been offered scholarship of 70% of the program fee.

Over the last two years, Biocon Academy has presented 180 bright and innovative minds to the biotechnology industry through this program and has achieved 100% placement across 6 batches.
