Care Hospitals launches India’s largest integrated ‘Outpatient Centre’ at Banjarahills in Hyderabad
Care Hospital group has launched India’s largest and first of its kind integrated ‘Out-patient Centre’ at Banjarahills in Hyderabad. The free standing ‘Out-Patient Centre’ was inaugurated by former president of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.
The newly launched ‘CARE Outpatient Centre’ sprawls across six floors with 185000 square feet, provides best-in-class ambience in adherence to international medical standards and is closely integrated with the In-Patient Centre preserving the critical link to offer comprehensive care to patients.
The Out-Patient Centre provides a wide array of outpatient services in a single, dedicated location, creating a space optimized for out-patient consultations. With 100 consultation rooms, six state-of-art operation theaters, 26 bedded dialysis unit, dedicated ICU beds, a wellness centre, diagnostics, laboratory service, radiology and imaging, cardiac non invasive labs, pharmacy, opticals, personal and healthcare products centres and physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, with all under one roof, the new ‘Care Out Patient Centre’ is truly India’s largest and first of its kind integrated outpatient centres in the country.
One of the key services provided by the centre is the ambulatory surgery. An ambulatory surgery or day care surgery is a procedure wherein post-operative observation is uneventful. Such surgeries have now become possible due improved technology and have become an accepted method of treatment for a number of patients as overnight hospital stay is not required.
In addition to these services the out patient centre also provides patient and visitor amenities like dedicated call centre facility for information and booking appointments with the doctors.
