CCRM Northern Virginia to open innovative fertility treatment center on July 26
CCRM Network is excited to announce the opening of its Northern Virginia fertility center on July 26. CCRM Northern Virginia is led by board certified reproductive endocrinologists Mark Payson, M.D. and Vasiliki Moragianni, M.D. The new fertility center includes a dedicated on-site physician team, IVF laboratory, procedures area, and comprehensive diagnostic services.
Founded in 1987 by William Schoolcraft, M.D., CCRM achieves some of the highest pregnancy success rates in the nation. To date, the CCRM Network is comprised of 10 locations and 32 physicians across the US and Canada.
"As we open our third location in the Northeastern US, we continue to deliver on our goal of expanding the accessibility of leading fertility care to anyone who needs it," said Dr. Schoolcraft.
Dr. Payson, CCRM practice director, received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and medical degree from Brown University. He undertook residency with the Navy at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and completed fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the National Institutes of Health. He is a past director of the military IVF center in Bethesda, and has many years of experience with patient care, research, and teaching.
"We are excited to bring CCRM's top rate services to Northern Virginia," said Dr. Payson. "Like other CCRM fertility centers, CCRM Northern Virginia will offer individualized treatment with a focus on delivering high success rates and an excellent patient experience."
Dr. Moragianni received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, followed by a master's degree from Georgetown University. Dr. Moragianni received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed an OB/GYN residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. She completed her reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
"People travel thousands of miles to receive treatment at CCRM, which is unsurpassed in the quality of services," said Dr. Moragianni. "It will be great for people in our area to have such a wonderful new CCRM facility right at their doorstep."
