Court orders to collect samples of 'fish medicine' for analysis

The second additional civil judge (Vacation Court) issued an interim order on Wednesday on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by K Babu Rajendra Prasad and TV Rao of Jana Vignana Vedika against the curative properties of the popular fish medicine offered by Bathini Goud brothers.

The court has appointed N Krishna Murthy as the advocate commissioner to probe into the issue. He has been asked to see the samples of the fish medicine that would be administered at Hyderabad on June 8th and be collected by a drugs inspector for scientific analysis.

A detailed report of the analysis of fish medicine will be submitted to the Court soon.
