Esprit Pharma, Inc. has signed a comprehensive, three-year several million dollar software and services agreement with Dendrite International, Inc., a leading provider of sales, marketing, clinical and compliance solutions for the life science and pharmaceutical industries.

Esprit Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development of specialty therapeutics to improve patient outcomes in the urology area, selected Dendrite's First Source Sales Support, Validator data-cleansing services and WebForce Express for its sales force, to help drive more targeted marketing and sales of Sanctura, an overactive bladder medication.

According to a company release, Esprit Pharma will utilize Dendrite's full First Source Sales Support Services suite, which includes Help Desk, Hardware and Asset Management, Account Management and Computer Systems services. These services will streamline the sales process to bring new levels of effectiveness to sales representatives in the field. In addition, Dendrite will also provide Esprit Pharma with its Validator data-cleansing services that verify and validate prescribers by license data, enabling the Esprit sales force to ensure that only valid and current prescribers are sampled.
