The executive committee of the All India Drugs Control Officers Confederation (AIDCOC) has selected S W Deshpande as the new president of the confederation. Ravi Uday Bhaskar has been selected as the secretary general. The committee meeting that was held here on October 11, 2004 made no major changes to the existing structure.

The four secretaries of the confederation are Atul K Nasa, Goutam Sen, Raja Bhanu and Santhwani. The treasurer is A V Giri. The meeting also announced the list of 16 other executive committee members. Deshpande and Uday Bhaskar were secretary general and president respectively in the previous committee (2001-'04).
