Dr Reddys Laboratories has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares, or ADSs of up to 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option.

The Form F-3 filed on November 13, 2006, does not contain any information regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed ADS offering. The company will file a prospectus supplement in due course, Dr Reddy's stated.
