Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has entered into an agreement with Merck which will allow the company to distribute and sell generic versions of Proscar and Zocor, upon the expiry of Merck's patents covered by these products, provided there is a 180-day exclusivity after the patents expiration for either product, claims the company release.
