Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a Rs 235-crore Mumbai based company, has entered into a technical collaboration agreement with Tanabe Seiyaku. Tanabe has appointed Elder as exclusive distributor for its blood pressure controlling product Tanatril. The Company will be manufacturing and marketing the final product in India for Tanabe.
