Encision Inc (Encision), a medical device company owning patented surgical technology that is emerging as a standard of care in minimally-invasive surgery, has entered into a non-exclusive manufacturing, supply and licensing agreement with Intuitive Surgical Inc. (Intuitive Surgical) for the purchase and use of Encision's patented AEM technology with Intuitive Surgical's da Vinci Surgical Systems. Encision's agreement with Intuitive Surgical will allow Encision access beyond conventional laparoscopy to the next generation of minimally invasive surgery.
