Endo Pharmaceuticals announced the completion of its acquisition of HealthTronics, Inc., a leading US provider of urological products and services, located in Austin, Texas.

On July 12, 2010, Endo acquired HealthTronics through a tender offer and subsequent merger upon which HealthTronics became a wholly owned subsidiary of Endo.
