Endoscopy Asia to host 4-day intl symposium on therapeutic endoscopy in Mumbai from Jan 18

Endoscopy Asia is organising the four-day 10th International Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy Symposium at Hotel Palladium, Mumbai from January 18 to 21, 2014. This symposia is focussed on advanced gastrointestinal endoscopy including all practical know how from common to complex therapeutic procedures as well as discussions on emerging and cutting – edge techniques and technologies.

This four day event is hosted in collaboration with Dr Rathod Medical Foundation.

“There has been a flurry of advances in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. And this symposium aims to update you in all the recent advances in endoscopy and will highlight the practical implications of these new developments with live demonstrations of cases from Endoscopy Asia, didactic lectures & expert panel discussions,” adds Dr Vipulroy Rathod, founder & director of Endoscopy Asia.

The four-day symposium will present a comprehensive overview of the rapidly changing EUS landscape. International and national experts will be converging in Mumbai to share their knowledge, wisdom and experience.

This event will also have special sessions on esophageal strictures, achalasia cardia management, gastric, duodenal and colonic polypectomies, live demonstrations of EUS & ERCP for management of various benign or malignant pancreatico-biliary cancers, Cystic Lesions of Pancreas – Is EUS mandatory?, Recurrent Acute Pancreatitis – Can EUS and ERCP Help?, and more related topics.

“With the new technology we endeavour to deliver the most effective means of treatment options to the patients suffering from pancreatic diseases, gastrointestinal disorder and abdominal problems,” Dr Rathod said.

This four day event is arranged for all DM/ DNB gastroenterologists, advanced endoscopists, DM/ DNB gastroenterology fellows in training, surgeons, physicians performing endoscopic procedures as well as MS/ DNB surgery fellows in training.

Over 500 gastroenterologist, surgeons, physicians will be performing endoscopy including internationally renowned experts from 27 countries are taking part in the meet.
