Enzymotec Ltd., a developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative bio-functional lipid ingredients, has received a key patent from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a lipid preparation use method.

The patent covers a method for enhancing dietary calcium absorption, bone formation, and bone mass maximization in non-infant children or adults, by administrating routinely a dietary supplement or food article that comprises the lipid preparation of the invention.
