Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Diagnostics Committee in association with National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and IMA Noida will be organising a one day seminar on July 7 in Noida. The seminar is being organised with a view to focus on 'importance of quality in lab practice' which is one of the recent issues in the hospital management.

The seminar will be addressed by Dr S K Sood, professors and head pathology (retired), AIIMS; Dr Anil Relia, director, NABL; Dr A C Bisaria, president, IMA Noida and Shobha Mishra Ghosh, director, FICCI. During this event key stress will be given to address the various concept of NABL Accreditation on what is the importance of it, why is it needed and how the accreditation can be obtained by the interested parties.

Detailed discussion will be done to understand the physician’s perspective on the NABL accreditation and how it acts as a quality indicators that helps in enhancing customer satisfaction.
