GNA Patent Gurukul will be organising a one day seminar on 'current pharma patent, regulatory opportunities and challenges in Europe' on October 13 at IDMA, Mumbai.

The seminar will focus on the current patent reforms and general pharma patent status vis-à-vis extension states will also be discussed. The event will also cover details on related regulatory linkages and supplementary protection certificate and member state-wise patent validations as well. The strategies and consequences of opposition proceedings in Europe will also be dealt with.

The speaker of this event will be Adrian Murray, European patent attorney from the W P Thompson & Co., UK.
