Healthspring Community Medical Centres launches 4 more centres across Mumbai
Healthspring Community Medical Centres has launched four more centres at Powaii (Hiranandani Gardens), Vashi (Sector 1), Thane (Ghodbunder Road) and Andheri (New Link Road) in Mumbai which will become operational in the next two weeks.
After becoming operational, Healthspring has added multitude of services unique to Mumbai and India. Kaushik Sen, CEO of Healthspring said, “For over a year now, we have run a city wide 24X7 medical emergency services for our key corporate clients. This means, in an emergency our members can call us anytime, to speak to a doctor who will then have a doctor sent to your home and/or organise ambulance and hospitalisation, as required. For our member we are just a call away!”
Dr Gautam Sen, chairman & founder of Healthspring said, “Our patients can now use us close to work, on their way home or when visiting a relative, in another part of toen. Our flagship diabetes programme which has seen ober 80% success rates in improving our members sugar levels will br extended from day1 at ou all new centres, as will be our other chornic care and specialised care programmes.”
Announcing another unique development, Dr Sen informed, “Despite all our success in bringing our unique single-window primary healthcare to Mumbaikars, we are also no less focussed on creating solutions for corporate health issues. For this we continue to tie up with ICICI Lombard which is a giant step in this regard. Healthspring will be an exclusive partner to ICICI Lombard to take our special primary healthcare programmes. When one is conscious of good health practices and has access to the best advice and follow up, even typical chronic diseases come under control because of better management. This has a direct effect on lowering hospitalisation costs and time spent off work.”
Apart from newly launched Monsoon Helpline all of the Healthspring's services across its seven clinics in Mumbai together with its current operational centres at Goregaon, Khar and Kemp's Corner will remain available to the patients where they can consult with a family doctor, get routine doagnostics done and use the clinic pharmacy. Healthspring is now a pan Mumbai family clinic network which open on all seven days.
