Subhash Bagaria has brought together some of the leading instruments majors, academicians and scientific advisors to help scale up the quality of talent available to Indian industry in the biotechnology domain.
Among Bagaria's philanthropic efforts are Charity Foundations that provide scholarships to deserving students and medical help to needy patients. The Foundation has set up the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore, India and also a Tibetan Medical Center in Bangalore, India, in association with His Holiness The Dalai Lama's Tibetan Medical Center located at Dharamsala in North India.
