IBM has now signed a five-year partnership with the Mumbai-based Suburban Diagnostics to support its business transformation.

Over two-decade-old diagnostic major is now looking to take advantage of IBM’s business consulting services and IBM Cloud. The aim is to enhance customer experience and improve business operations to help Suburban achieve enhanced profitability and reduce overall costs.

Currently, it has 100 plus centres with major presence in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. As part of its next phase of business expansion, it is planning a foray into other states to create a pan India presence.

Enterprise technology solutions hosted on IBM Cloud to assist a scalable business model for growth will ensure seamless and efficient operational IT environment. “The coming few years are extremely crucial for us as we are on a high growth phase.
