IDMA-APA to organise seminar on stability studies

Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA) Technical, R&D & QA Sub-committee and Association of Pharmaceutical Analysts (APA) are organising a full day seminar on “Stability Studies: What Next? Shelf Life: Why and How?” on November 1, 2003 at Sunville Banquet Rooms, Worli, Mumbai.

The concepts to be covered in the seminar are Stress testing and development of stability indicating assay procedures, Stability testing for global markets, Stability test chambers: critical issues, Case studies of stability studies of API’s and their formulations, Interpretation of stability data and relevance to the shelf life and retest date rationale.

The personnel from production, research & development, quality assurance and quality control sections of pharma units will benefit from the deliberations.

Experts in the field Dr. Saranjit Singh, NIPER; Dr. B G Kini, IPCA Labs. P. Ltd. have consented to make presentations at the seminar. A Panel – Participants’ Interaction Session will also be included especially for intensive discussions and question/answers. R S Iyer will chair the concluding Discussion Session.
