Indegene acquires Total Therapeutic Management to expand its healthcare division

Indegene, a leading global provider of Clinical, Commercial, and Marketing solutions to global life science, pharmaceutical, and healthcare organizations, has acquired Atlanta-based quality improvement, outcomes research, and clinician engagement services company Total Therapeutic Management, Inc. to expand its healthcare division service portfolio and market presence.

Total Therapeutic Management (TTM) provides solutions to several large healthcare organizations including the Federal Government in the areas of academic detailing, HEDIS/STAR Improvement, Outcomes Research, and Medical Record Retrieval/Review.

Dr Rajesh Nair, president - Indegene, said, "Over the last 18 years, TTM has built significant expertise and experience in effectively utilizing sound clinical knowledge and engagement tactics to improve healthcare quality. This transaction expands Indegene Healthcare's presence in the commercial and federal healthcare markets and increases our quality solution portfolio. We are delighted to have the TTM team join us."
