Interphex Asia, ISPE Singapore Conference 2005 to be held in April

Interphex Asia 2005, the leading educational and exhibition event for the pharmaceutical industry in the Asia-Pacific region, will take place during 19-21 April 2005 at Suntech, Singapore.

The expo will bring together international suppliers, industry regulators and pharmaceutical professionals from multinational and regional manufacturers, serving as the platform to meet, exchange ideas and keep abreast of industry developments.

The ISPE Singapore Conference 2005, the official conference of Interphex Asia, is scheduled to be held at Suntec, Singapore, on 17-19 of April.

Organised in association with Interphex Asia 2005, the event is designed to provide an educational platform for the region addressing pharmaceutical manufacturing issues relevant to both multinational and regional manufacturers.

The three-day session will comprise workshops on 17 April, followed by a two-day conference from 18-19 April. In addition, there will be pharmaceutical plant visits on 20 April.

The regulatory authorities from the US, Australia and ASEAN, speakers of the ISPE Singapore Conference will also feature industry professionals from multinational and regional manufacturers sharing their experiences and insights relating to key manufacturing concepts and issues.

This year, the conference will feature visits to Pfizer Asia Pacific - API manufacturing plant, Schering-Plough - tablet plant, Merck Sharp & Dohme - API manufacturing plant, tablet plant in Singapore.

Jointly organized by Reed Exhibitions and ISPE, the ISPE Singapore Conference 2004 welcomed some 240 participants from 16 countries, including Australia, India Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, according to an official release.

The professionals in the areas of Production, Project Management, Quality assurance, R& D, Regulatory affairs etc would be benefited by the event.
