Ahmedabad-based Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited (LPL) has developed a novel 'Hepatoprotective Nimesulide' formulation under brand name Nam Safe.

An application for patent has been filed and it is in the process of filing patents across regulated markets, said a company release.

The company claims this product was free of chemicals causing liver toxicity.

LPL exports pharmaceuticals to North and South Africa, South Asian Countries, CIS countries, South America and few European countries.
