MET's Institute of Pharmacy, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik, organised a state level seminar on 'Analytical Research in Pharmaceutical Industry: Concepts and Advances' at Nashik on 6th and 7th February 2009.

An elaborate discussion on the recent advances and applications of analytical method validation, approaches in method transfers, herbal standardization as well as UPLC, mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS technologies was held at this seminar. It was greatly appreciated by the students and delegates.

Eminent professionals like Ananthkrishna Padiyar, Novartis India Ltd., Dr. V. K. Mourya, Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad, Dr. P.A. Sathe, Ruia College, Mumbai, Dr. Abhay Walvekar, Matrix Laboratories, Dr. J. S. Wagh, Waters India Ltd. and Subodh Chawan, Labindia Instruments Pvt. Ltd. were the resource persons for the seminar.
