Dilip Surana, managing director receives the Silver award for Micro Labs

Micro Labs and Brown Burk of the Micro Group have bagged IDMA Quality Excellence Award for the fourth year consecutively. The Award is given annually by IDMA on turnover basis for the purpose of appreciation and promotion of excellence and product quality.

The awards are given in the category of formulations with annual turnover of above Rs 50 crore. The year 2004 saw the Micro's manufacturing facilities been approved by the Health Authorities of Canada and Colombia, South Africa-MCC and UK-MHRA.

Dilip Surana, managing director received the Silver award for Micro Labs and Prakash Mudda, Sr. GM-Operations received the bronze award for Brown & Burk from Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Biocon chairman and managing director and head of Vision Group on Biotechnology, Government of Karnataka at the 43rd IDMA Annual Awards Ceremony at Mumbai.
