The Indian analytical instrument industry is expected to grow from EUR 0.5 billion to EUR 2.4 billion between 2012-20 having CAGR of 17 per cent and is poised to grow steadily. One of the major drivers for this market is growing regulations to ensure high-quality products which is in-turn making end-users more quality aware. This comprise pharma, chemical, food & beverages, R&D and allied industries – where the quality needs to be conserved from molecular level. Hence the demand for laboratory analytical instruments is assured to intensify.
In order to capitalize on this growth opportunity, Messe Muenchen India has announced a regional edition of analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo, the market leading trade fairs for laboratory technology, analysis, biotechnology and diagnostics in Mumbai for the very first time.
