NeoStrata subsidiary executes licensing agreement with Johnson & Johnson

TriStrata Technology Inc has entered into a license agreement with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies Inc regarding certain patents owned by TTI relating to the use of alpha hydroxyacids.

TTI is a wholly owned subsidiary of NeoStrata Company Inc, founded by Ruey Yu, and Eugene Van Scott, who are widely recognized as pioneers in alpha hydroxyacid skin care technology and who are the inventors of over seventy patents relating to alpha hydroxyacid technology.

TTI was represented in the license negotiations by Kevin M. McGovern, Esq. and Brian T. Foley, Esq. of McGovern & Associates, Greenwich, CT.

Richard H. Wildnauer, president of TTI's parent NeoStrata, remarked, "We are delighted to have a market leader and innovator join the growing list of TTI's licensees."

Kevin M. McGovern, worldwide licensing counsel for TTI, stated that "TTI is committed to continue the vigorous enforcement of its intellectual property rights."
