Nova Pulse IVF, a division of Nova Medical Centres recently entered into an agreement with IVI, a Spanish company which is head-quartered in Valencia. With this partnership Nova Pulse IVF will be known as Nova IVI fertility from now on.
The collaboration of Nova Pulse IVF's visionary management and expertise in India coupled with technological and research strengths of IVI is expected to make Nova IVI fertility as one of the largest of such IVF service providers in the world.
Through this collaboration Nova will be launching for the first time two revolutionary technologies from IVI to India. One of the two technologies that Nova is brining into India is called embryoscope which was developed by IVI in collaboration with a Denmark based company and is used to take pictures of the embryo without any pain. Through this technology it would be possible to examine and understand why a patient undergoing infertility treatment is not able to conceive.
The other technology that is being bought into the country for the first time is called ERA and it deals with the technology of freezing eggs for future course. This technology is developed by IVI and will be introduced in India shortly.
The agreement also focuses on sending scientist and researchers from Nova to the IVI headquarters for getting high level training on
embryology which is a science that deals with development of an embryo from the fertilisation of the ovum to the foetus stage.
