Pall Corporation successfully completed the purchase of the Filtration and Separations Group (FSG) from USFilter Corporation, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendi Environment. This includes the FSG companies SeitzSchenk, Filterite, Fluid Dynamics, Schumacher and Exekia.

Umesh Shah, managing director, Pall Pharma said that, the combined resources of FSG and Pall gives a strong competitive advantage as it provides with the widest array of products and services for your business. Our goal is to become even more valuable by delivering the best filtration solutions, he says.

The integration of FSG with Pall is an important step towards this goal, he says.
