Pfizer Ltd entered into an agreement with Anodyne Remedies India Ltd. for the sale of its Ankleshwar plant for a consideration of Rs.4.50 crores yesterday.
This sale is subject to the approval of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for assignment of the lease of the land, according to company sources.
