PHARMA Pro&Pack Expo 2013 all set to take off on April 24 in Mumbai

PHARMA Pro&Pack Expo 2013, one of the most awaited exhibitions on the Indian pharmaceutical industry and an official platform for the Indian and international pharma-allied manufacturers and suppliers to exhibit and explore the trade opportunities within Indian and global pharmaceutical industry , is all set to take off on April 24 at Mumbai Exhibition Centre.

The exhibition having a special focus on promoting ‘Brand India’ to both the Indian and world pharma industry is being jointly organised by the Indian Pharma Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPMMA) and GPE Expo Pvt. Ltd.

More than 200 exhibiting companies from 16 countries will be displaying over 4,000 products/services for three-days event. At the same venue – the co-located exhibition iPHEX 2013 being organized by Pharmexcil will feature the complete range of pharma & bi-chemical API and finished products. Also, DIA – the world renowned conference organizer and the conference partner of the PHARMA Pro&Pack Expo will be holding a seminar on current technologies on April 25 at the exhibition venue.

The event is being supported by more than 15 national and international trade associations. The exhibition is being promoted widely at various national and international exhibitions, including Asia Pharma Expo 2013 (Dhaka, Bangladesh), PharmTech 2012 (Moscow), Seoul Pack 2012 (Korea), Kenya Pharma Expo 2012 (Nairobi), P-Mec India 2012, (Mumbai), Pharmaceutical Expo 2012 (Chennai) (co-located with the Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2012), International Pharma Business Meet & Exhibition (Organized by Pharmexcil at Ahmedabad as co-located event of Vibrant Gujarat 2013).

The co-located exhibition, iPHEX 2013 – an international exhibition on API, bulk actives, additives, excipients and the entire spectrum of the pharmaceutical chemicals is being organized by Pharmexcil (Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India). The twin international shows at one venue and same dates will be the highly resourceful for the serious trade professionals from India and international.

iPHEX 2013 is an exhibition that brings together the drugs, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry – all under one roof. iPHEX 2013 will be one of the largest showcases of Indian pharmaceutical products and technologies to a global audience. Amongst the target visitors are large volume buyers seeking manufacturers, Government procurement agencies, hospitals and health service providers, drug regulators & FDA officials, private sector hospitals, clinics, daycare centres and institutes, agents/distributors/dealers, financial institutions, banks, private equity and venture capital funds, institutional agencies and development aid agencies.

Drug Information Association (DIA), the conference partner will be organizing a series of must attend technical seminars alongside the exhibition focusing various aspects on the pharma formulation manufacturing process and technologies. The seminars will have industry experts from India and abroad as the keynote speakers. DIA over the last four years has provided quality programmes, publications and knowledge resources to regulatory agencies, academia, industry professionals, and patient advocates across the country and Asian continent.
