PHARMA World Expo 2005 to held in Mumbai on Feb 8-12

PHARMA WORLD EXPO 2005, the International Exhibition and Conference encompassing the Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals & Environment sectors, will be held in Mumbai from February 8-12, 2005.

The event, sponsored by CHEMTECH Foundation, will display state-of-the-art technologies, equipment, accessories and services from national and international players in each sector. The concurrent international conferences will deliberate on issues of topical interest to practicing professionals.

The Exhibition, to be held at NSE Complex, Goregaon, Mumbai, will be spread over 20,000 sq. meters and will represent a cross section of the Indian process engineering and equipment industry. Buyer-seller meets at the exhibition is bound to be of substantial value to exhibitors as well as visitors, the officials informed.

The key-speakers for the inaugural session include-Kapil Sibal, union minister for science and technology, A R Mashelkar, director general, CSIR.

The industry participation that is to be expected at the event include- Chemical Engineering; Process Engineering; Equipment manufacturers for Chemical, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers and other process industries
Instrumentation; Control and Automation Equipment / Software
Material Handling Equipment etc.

The visitors at the Expo include- Chemical / Pharmaceutical Engineers;
Manufacturers; Contractors of Chemical / Pharmaceutical plants;
Project Managers; Operations Managers; Technical managers; Safety managers & Engineers; Pollution Control Specialists; R&D Personnel etc.

The series of conferences, to be held at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Mumbai & NSE Complex, Mumbai, will be spread across 12 Conference Agendas. Each series will be complimented by insightful case studies that will throw light on the emerging trends of the industry. All the Conference Agendas are designed to compliment the theme of "Innovation for wealth creation," the officials say.
