Pharmexcil to hold interactive session with exporters on June 27 in Chennai

Pharmexcil is organizing a seminar on 'Meeting Global Market Challenges- An interactive session with Exporters' on June 27 in Chennai. The interaction would be mainly focused on areas such as export potential of Indian pharmaceuticals in global market place, regulatory issues and product registrations, export credit, and pre-shipment Inspection related issues.

The seminar will focus on tools to cope with current issues and problems confronting Pharma companies, especially SMEs, and will provide a forum to present their valuable feedback and views. The participating members will have the advantage of direct interaction with the experts who attend the dais to speak on important topics of concern.

The first session will be a discussion on 'Current Export Management Initiatives'. Later, P U M Rao, former Additional Industrial Adviser (Pharma) to Government of India, will speak on 'Current Global Pharma Developments and Opportunities in the Present Scenario'.

There will be a talk on 'MRAs- A growing opportunity for facilitation of exports to new regions' by Dr D Roy, deputy drugs control, south zone, CDSCO.

M Venkateswarlu, director SGS India Pvt Ltd will speak on 'Pre-shipment Inspection- A best tool for Supply Chain Management'.
