Philippines pharma delegates to visit India from March 12

In order to explore business opportunities between the two countries on the pharmaceutical sector, a high-level delegation from Philippines will be reaching Delhi for a five-day visit to the country beginning from March 12.

The delegation, consisting of senior government officials and pharma industry representatives of Philippines, will visit Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

The 8-member delegation will be in Delhi on March 12 and 13 and will reach Hyderabad on March 14. The delegation, consisting of two officials from Bureau Of Food And Drugs (BFAD), one from the government procurement agency (PITC) and five from Philippines Pharma industry, will reach Mumbai on March 15. The delegation is reaching in the country on the invitation of the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil) of India.

Apart from several interactive sessions, the delegation will also make plant visits in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. For the pharma exporters in the country, this will be a good opportunity as they can directly interact with the senior officials of Philippines in this reverse buyer-seller meets in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

The delegation included Ruby Salud and Cristiana Dela Crus of BFAD, Jesus B Cantos, VP PITC, Agnus Abigal Carballero, Botika, Michael Fancis, president PCPI, Ricardo D Fulgencio president One Health, Armando Carreacon Esgurra president A-Z Med and Pedro Y De Jesus.
