PneumRx expands IP portfolio, acquires assets of Broncus

PneumRx Inc., a medical technology company, is the innovations and improvements in the treatment of lung diseases is dedicated, has expanded its intellectual property portfolio through the acquisition of key patents and domain names of Broncus Technologies.

This acquisition has now PneumRx numerous domain names, including emphysema.com, as well as several fundamental patents in the area of emphysema / interventional pulmonology.

The newly-acquired intellectual property is a valuable addition to an extensive inventory PneumRxs intellectual property rights. It allows the company to strengthen its position in relation to intellectual property rights to block competing technologies and to occupy new market segments in lung diseases.
