Prof Agrawal of DIPSAR gets "Principal of the year 2007" award from APTI
The Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India has honoured Prof. S S Agrawal, the principal of the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research (DIPSAR) the "principal of the year-2007" recently, for his outstanding leadership in making DIPSAR an institute par excellence
The award was giving at the 12th annual convention of the APTI held at Chandigarh.
Prof Agrawal has a dedicated career and had obtained his Masters and Ph.D in Pharmacology from AIIMS. He served as a Professor since 1990, principal of the DIPSAR since 1995. He is also working as an executive member of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Delhi Pharmacy Council (DPC).
He is the National Coordinator of Quality improvement programme, AICTE (Pharmacy), looking after 10 QIP centers all over the country and chairperson National Science Digital Library (Pharmacy), NISCAIR (CSIR). He has seven patents to his credit and has applied for 16 patents.
