Progressive Engineering launches air-cooled induction cap sealer

The Mumbai-based Progressive Engineering, a packaging solution provider, has launched its new Air Cooled Induction Cap Sealer at the Interphex India 2007 exhibition. The company's new product is an online cap sealer machine with validation, which is completely automatic and maintenance free. Progressive Engineering said that the company holds the whole responsibility for designing and manufacturing the new product.

According to the company, Air Cooled Induction Cap Sealer is eligible to handle 100 bottles per minute. The machine is designed with latest technology along with internal and external vacuum test facility. Progressive Engineering has already introduced its Water Cooled Induction Cap Sealer in the domestic market.

The company also disclosed that it is on a venture to come up with torque tester, where the client can check opening and closing torque of the containers or bottles without risks. The product will indirectly help the customer to validate capping machine. The company would launch the product by the end of September 2007.

Progressive Engineering is also engaged in manufacturing and sales of packaging test equipments, leak detector, online checkweigher, servo capping machine, induction cap sealer, capless sealer, validation of packaging, rotating electrical connectors, EFD solder paste & dispensing equipments, epoxies, urethane & silicone formulations and heaters.
