The Andhra Pradesh Medical & Sales Representatives Union (APMSRU), constituent of The Federation of Medical & sales Representatives Association of India (FMRAI) has called for a massive rally by employees in pharma companies at Hyderabad on December 13 to raise a series of demands.
The rally would be participated by over three thousand medical and sales representatives from all over the country working for Andhra Pradesh based companies as well as those working in the state, according to official sources.
The association is demanding for implementation of minimum wages act, bonus act and gratuity act; to stipulate working hours and work systems; to bring out standing order for sales promotion employees and to inspect the records and punish the violating employers.
The rally is likely to be addressed by the minister for labour and employment, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and general secretary of the Association.
