In the All India Pharmacy Quiz programme conducted as part of the National Pharmacy Week Celebration organised by Madras Medical College, the Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER), Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh has won four awards.

Dr Dixon Thomas, HoD of Pharmacy Practice said around 50 universities competed with 539 teams from all over India. RIPER’s three teams have won four awards in the final round.

K Sanjeev and V Amrutha have won the third prizes. S Pavan Kumar Raju and C Siva Kumar Reddy got the 4th prizes. M Suresh Reddy and R Hrushikeshava Reddy have secured the 5th prize in the 2011 competition.

All the winners were congratulated by Dr Y Padmanabha Reddy, principal, RIPER.
