The Higher Colleges of Technology, the largest higher educational institution in the United Arab Emirates with the current enrolment exceeding 16,000 students, in association with Eureka Science Ltd will organise its 2nd International Conference on Drug Discovery and Therapy at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai, UAE from February 1-4, 2010.

The first conference of this series, held in Dubai from February 4 -7, 2008, was a great success. 11 Nobel Laureates with over 600 leading industrial and academic experts from 58 countries came together to share their research findings and to network at this four-day conference.

The second conference promises to be a much larger event with an expected attendance by 1500 international delegates including three confirmed Nobel Laureates. There will be over 450 talks in 20 thematic sessions given at the conference. There will also be poster presentations and a major associated commercial exhibition. This conference will be divided into two major sections: One on drug discovery covering the major developments on pre clinical drug discovery research and the other on therapeutics highlighting global breakthroughs achieved in drug therapies.
