Shilpa Medicare Limited, fast growing API (Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients) company, has been approved by The French Health Products Safety Agency (AFSSAPS) granted certificate of GMP compliance of manufacturer for gemcitabine hydrochloride.

The oncology manufacturing site of the company located at Deosugur Industrial Area was inspected by the French auditors in March this year and found to be compliant with the principles of GMP (EU GMP-Part-II) for active substance gemcitabine hydrochloride.

With this EU GMP approval Shipa Medicare Limited has achieved another milestone of European Union approval and this will help to market its products in highly regulated markets of all European countries.
