Interphex Asia 2006, Asia's mega event that bringing together international pharma suppliers, industry regulators and pharmaceutical professionals from multinational and regional manufacturers, will be held in Singapore on June 27-29, 2006.

Interphex Asia delivers industry professionals and conference delegates from the multinationals and regional pharmaceuticals manufacturers in the areas including-Automation/IT, facilities/plant management, laboratory management, process engineering, packaging engineering, production, R&D, regulatory affairs etc.

Interphex Asia 2006 will feature contract service providers for manufacturing, packaging, research, services etc. It will introduce suppliers of API, Excipients, intermediates, natural extracts etc, informed the officials.

Interphex Asia 2005 witnessed 2,200 visitors from 31 countries and 145 international suppliers from 23 countries.

James Lim, Managing Director, Gems Tech International who attended the 2005 event says, "In an exhibition like this, buyers and suppliers come together. Singapore pharmaceutical output reached US$ 8.2 billion in 2004, aided by the expansion of facilities by Novartis pharma AG and GSK.
