Shree SK Patel College of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Ganpat Vidyanagar has been awarded accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for the B Pharm programme.

Established in 1996 by the Mehsana District Education Foundation, the college currently offers B Pharm, M Pharm and PhD programmes and is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. This is the first pharmacy college in Gujarat state to get accreditation. The accreditation will give a fillip to the academic and research activities at this college. The NB accreditation is on the basis of high quality of education, richness of infrastructure, fulfilling of norms of AICTE, potential for excellence and validation of mission and vision.

The college is an institutional member of ISTE and also the headquarters of Mehsana Branch of Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), which bagged "The Best Local Branch Award" from IPA for the year 2003.
